Bay Alarm Cellnet Service

Bay Alarm Company has contacted customers via phone and letters since February 2007 informing them of the need to upgrade their Cellnet service. It is imperative that we replace existing Cellnet systems with the new digital radio device due to a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) frequency change that will affect your Bay Alarm security system.

Cell phone companies will no longer be required to offer analog services. When this service is dropped, all alarm company analog radios will no longer be operational.
