Industry-Leading Alarm Monitoring Center Agents

Our monitored home security system agents are trained to take key steps to dispatch appropriate authorities. They're also empathetic and patient. They receive 16 hours of classroom training, 60 hours of on-the-job training, and ongoing education and feedback. Plus, we've received Five Diamond Certification from the Central Station Alarm Association for consecutive years since inception to present.

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is an independent testing organization that sets quality standards for all electronic and consumer products. Our Monitoring Center undergoes a rigorous inspection process to be certified as UL Listed. Then we're audited annually for quality, efficiency, and functioning monitoring equipment.

TMA Five Diamond Certified

We’ve achieved The Monitoring Association (TMA) Five Diamond Certification. That means we’ve shown commitment to serving the public and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) through the professional training all our Monitoring Center operators receive. To receive TMA Five Diamond Central Station designation, we’ve satisfied all requirements of the Five Points of Excellence:

  1. Commitment to ongoing job-related education and testing by having 100% of its monitoring center operators certified using the TMA online training series on industry best practices.
  2. Commitment to random inspections and quality criteria standards by nationally recognized testing laboratory such as FM Approvals, Intertek/ETL and UL.
  3. Commitment to raising the industry standards through TMA membership and participation in it activities.
