Chief Executive Officer
As a third-generation family owner, Tim grew up in the alarm industry and learned about the business from an early age. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Whittier College and working in the telecom and internet industries, Tim started his career with Bay Alarm. He spent time in the field as an installer and service technician, as well as working shifts in the company’s in-house monitoring center. He later moved to Southern California to open the first office in Bay Alarm’s expansion throughout the west.
After moving back to the Bay Area, Tim earned his MBA from St. Mary’s College of California and deepened his focus running all aspects of the business. After many years in various leadership positions, he became Chief Executive Officer of Bay Alarm.
Today, Tim is active in the security industry and serves on several boards and committees, including as past president of the California Alarm Association. He is currently involved with The Monitoring Association and NetOne.
After many years of playing lacrosse—including time playing in Australia—Tim enjoys coaching and volunteering with Bay Area lacrosse clubs. He spends his free time mountain biking, surfing, and enjoying the outdoors. He and his wife of 20+ years, Bentley enjoy traveling and supporting their three kids with their sports and activities.

As Chief Revenue Officer at Bay Alarm, Eric leads all new revenue generation efforts, overseeing sales, marketing, and acquisitions. His strategic leadership drives company growth, ensuring Bay Alarm remains a leader in the security industry.

Before joining Bay Alarm in 2002, Eric held sales leadership roles in the banking sector and led a global sales organization in publishing. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s professional development that includes personnel and process evolution, all while driving sales success.

A respected leader in the alarm industry, Eric is an active member of NetOne, an exclusive network of top-tier independent security companies. He also serves on the boards of other independent alarm companies and the Sheriff’s Charities of Contra Costa County, contributing his expertise to both business and community initiatives.

Eric earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and has pursued executive education at Kellogg and Stanford business schools. He is married with two grown children and enjoys riding motorcycles, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.

Jonathan joined the Bay Alarm family in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to leading Bay Alarm’s finance and accounting departments, he negotiates and executes acquisitions, oversees the investment of funds, and analyzes operational and sales figures to identify areas of improvement. He also works closely with other executives on planning for Bay Alarm’s future, including expanding into new product areas, studying long-range economic impacts on profitability, and deciding on priorities for the strategic planning process.
Before Bay Alarm, Jonathan held several financial leadership positions at software and investment companies, including Chief Financial Officer at Lumity, Inc., Vice President of Finance at RealtyShares, and Chief Financial Officer at Motif Investing.
Jonathan holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys mountain biking, home improvement, landscaping, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Julia Keevey
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Julia oversees the strategy and direction for Bay Alarm’s human resources function, including diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and risk management. She works with a team of talented professionals to ensure that we hire the best candidates and then provide them with the right training, education, engagement, opportunities, and support so they can build meaningful careers.
Before Bay Alarm, Julia was the Director of Human Resources for Esurance (an Allstate Company) and the Head of Human Resources, North America, for Berlitz Languages.
She received her undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University, holds an MBA from Temple University, and is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management.
In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with her family, running, and reading.

As Chief Technology Officer, Andrew is responsible for all of Bay Alarm’s technical infrastructure. He oversees the teams that keep Bay Alarm running securely and efficiently 24/7, including data centers, network operations, product management, help desk, engineering and application development.
Before Bay Alarm, Andrew was COO at Sweda, LLC and CTO/COO at Autoland, Inc. He received his bachelor of science degree in 1995 from Buffalo State College.
Outside of work, Andrew spends most of his time coaching youth sports and supporting his school-aged children with their various activities. He enjoys building and racing cars, fly fishing, and getting out on the water in his free time.

Michael Mulligan
Sr. Vice President of Monitoring

As Senior Vice President of Monitoring, Michael is responsible for Bay Alarm’s high-volume call center that services our customers and technicians in the field. He oversees all teams in the department, including alarm dispatch, customer care, and field support.  

Before Bay Alarm, Michael held leadership positions in both human resources and call center operations at start-up and Fortune 500 companies in the financial services sector. He joined Bay Alarm in 2016 as the HR employee relations manager before moving over to run our Central Station in 2018.  

Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University. He is an active member of The Monitoring Association (TMA), where he contributes to the professional monitoring industry through education, advocacy, and the development of industry standards. 

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves music and tries to see as many live shows as he can.

As Vice President of Branch Operations, Barry oversees all operations and staff at Bay Alarm’s branch locations, including service, installation, inventory, administration, and sales. He is an instrumental player in key initiatives ranging from customer satisfaction, acquisitions, strategic planning, succession planning, and projects that drive growth and efficiency.

Barry joined Bay Alarm in 2000 as a Sales Representative out of the East Counties Branch located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the next 24 years, he was promoted to several positions, including Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Director of Sales for Southern California, and finally Southern California Regional Director before accepting the Vice President position. Barry has dedicated his career with Bay Alarm to developing the company’s leadership and considers it to be his proudest contribution.

Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, attending sporting events, and fishing.
