You can pay your Bay Alarm bill in one of three ways: through our online portal, with a direct payment link, or by mailing a check. Keep reading for information on each option.
Bay Alarm has an online billing and payment portal to make it easy to pay your bills and manage your billing information. You can use the portal to:
Log in to the portal: If you already have an account, you can use the portal to pay your bill and manage your account.
Register for an account: Don’t have an account yet? Registering is easy. Visit the registration page and make sure to have your account number and a current invoice number handy.
Get consolidated invoices: If you have multiple locations and are interested in receiving one consolidated invoice, please call 800-411-8111 (Option 1) or email your request to ARinquiry@bayalarm.com for assistance.
Reminder for auto-pay customers: If your account is set up for automatic payments, we will charge your preferred payment method when the invoice is due. This applies to both recurring and one-time payments.
If you want to pay online without registering for our online portal, please use the direct payment link below.
Pay with a direct link: You will need your customer number(s) and any associated invoice number(s) you want to pay. Follow the instructions after you hit “submit” to pay your bill.
