The Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff operates the Law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) a Police Academy which provides basic and in-service law enforcement training pursuant to certification by the California Commission on Peace officer Standards & Training (POST). Bay Alarm is proud to assist the office of the Sheriff and LETC in their mission of recruiting, educating and training law enforcement recruits and officers by contributing media support to promote the LETC and the need for recruits both for the office of the Sheriff and for the LETC.
As the exclusive Alarm and Security Services sponsor of the Law Enforcement Training Center in Pittsburg, CA Bay Alarm is pleased to provide scholarships for prospective law enforcement officers servicing Contra Costa County and throughout Northern California. With this assistance, those at the beginning of their careers can get the training they need, and start a career keeping the public safe.
