How to pay your Bay Alarm bill

You can pay your Bay Alarm bill in one of three ways: through our online portal, with a direct payment link, or by mailing a check.

What do I need to register for the Bay Alarm billing portal?
Your account number and a current invoice number.
How can I review my Bay Alarm invoices?
Once logged into your customer portal, click Pay Open Bills in the left toolbar. Select the invoice you’d like to view, then click Invoices > View Invoices.
How can I enroll in autopay?
Visit the customer portal at https://bayalarm.radiusone.com/. Enrolling in Auto Pay is a two-step process:
  • Save your payment method: Click Administration in the left toolbar, then select Manage Bank Accounts (ACH), Manage Credit Cards, or Manage Debit Cards. Click Add to save your payment information.
  • Enable Auto Pay: Click Workboard in the left toolbar, then select Auto Payment under Quick Links. Click Enable Auto Pay, complete the necessary fields, then click Submit.
