How to change an existing code on your business DMP system

How do you change an employee’s code on your business DMP system? It’s easy! You can pick any four-digit pin code. For our example, we’ll choose the code 3636. 

First, press the Command button marked ‘CMD’ on the bottom right of the control panel until you see ‘MENU’ display on the screen. Click the button under ‘Yes.’ Enter your current master code. Press ‘CMD’ until you see ‘User Codes?’ display on the screen. Press any of the blank buttons then press ‘Change.’ 

Enter the user number corresponding to the employee and press ‘CMD.’ Enter the new code. Press ‘CMD’ two times. The display screen will show that the user’s code has been changed. 

To return to the home screen, press the back arrow twice. No you are done—that’s all there is to it!
